3. Pricing & Quotations
All prices displayed are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Installation costs may vary depending on vehicle make, model, and installation complexity.
Written quotations are valid for seven (7) days unless otherwise specified.
Additional charges may apply if unforeseen installation requirements are identified during the fitting process.
4. Bookings & Installations
A deposit may be required to secure installation appointments.
Customers must ensure their vehicle is in safe and roadworthy condition before installation.
Superb Audio Solutions is not responsible for existing electrical, mechanical, or cosmetic faults present before installation.
Installation completion times are estimates only and may vary depending on the vehicle and product requirements.
5. Warranty
Most products supplied by Superb Audio Solutions include a manufacturer’s warranty, typically valid for twelve (12) months unless otherwise stated.
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
Physical or accidental damage
Water or moisture damage
Incorrect usage or neglect
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Improper or third-party installation
DIY alterations after professional installation
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law:
Superb Audio Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes rights provided under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
