We are committed to providing quality products and services and operate in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 of New Zealand.
1. Change of Mind Returns
We generally do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases involving:
Special order products
Custom-configured head units
Installed products
Products specifically sourced at customer request
At our discretion, change-of-mind returns may be accepted within seven (7) days of purchase if:
The product remains unused
The item is in its original packaging
All accessories and manuals are included
Proof of purchase is provided
A restocking fee may apply.
2. Faulty or Defective Products
If you believe a product is faulty:
Contact us as soon as possible.
The product will be inspected and assessed.
If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the product in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period.
3. Installation-Related Concerns
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you experience an issue related to workmanship or installation:
Notify us within seven (7) days of installation.
Our technicians will inspect the issue.
Any verified workmanship-related faults will be corrected at no additional cost.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
Installed wiring kits
Opened electronic accessories
Custom-order products
Special-order products sourced specifically for a customer
5. Return Procedure
To initiate a return request:
Contact our team by phone or email.
Provide proof of purchase and details of the issue.
Wait for return authorization from our team.
Return the approved item to our Tauranga location for assessment.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand consumer protection legislation.
